NO refunds unless the product is damaged and you must show proof. Please contact me immediately, no later than 24 hours of your purchase. Exchanges may be given under very limited circumstances if lace is not previously cut or worn. Wigs have to be in the same condition as it was sent to get an exchange. We are not responsible for any lost packages. We will provide your tracking number once your order is shipped out; please contact the shipping provider regarding any packages you haven't received after being shipped.
